These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DAMVIN website and any services we provide. By using this site or engaging DAMVIN for work, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
DAMVIN offers digital services including website development, e-commerce, brand identity, UI/UX design, SEO, marketing, and related consulting. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.
2. Payments
Fees, payment schedule, and currency will be defined in the proposal. Invoices are typically due within 7 days. Late payments may pause or suspend ongoing work.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables specified in the proposal transfers to the client. DAMVIN retains rights to underlying tools, code libraries, methodologies, and the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, content, and access needed to complete the work.
- Ensure any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
- Use the delivered work only in ways permitted by the proposal and applicable laws.
5. Revisions & change requests
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it begins.
6. Warranties & limitation of liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. However, DAMVIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the services, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing if the other materially breaches these Terms or the proposal and does not remedy it within a reasonable time. Fees earned up to termination remain due.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse the DAMVIN website — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or scrape data in a way that violates applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the latest version came into effect. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
